The theories about lizard people, secret underground bunkers and resident extraterrestials at Denver International Airport (DEN) have been swirling for years.
Now we may have proof.
This week DEN and United Airlines celebrated the inaugural flight of United’s year round nonstop service between DEN and Roswell Air Center (ROW).
The Roswell site is linked to a UFO incident that may or may not have occured in 1947.
Back then, a “flying disk” allegedly crashed about 70 miles northwest of Roswell.
Materials from the crash were reportedly taken to what was the Army Air Field at the time.
It is true?
We don’t know.
But today Roswell is home to the International UFO Museum and Research Center.
So you can visit and decide for yourself.
The new flight from DEN to Roswell is less than 2 hours and is operated by SkyWest and departs for the UFO Capital of the World twice daily.
For the inaugural flight, DEN and United leaned into the alien theme. Passengers received celebratory certificates, alien plushies and other out-of-this-world treats and surprises.
Allegiant & Dollywood plan a Dollywood-themed holiday flight

Allegiant Air and Dollywood Parks & Resorts are planning one secially numbered flight – #925 – between Orlando and the Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee.
The flight number is a nod to Dolly Parton’s hit song “9 to 5” and will travel between Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) and McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) on Friday, Nov. 6, 2026.
A Dollywood-themed experience is planned, with gate celebrations, live entertainment, an in-flight trivia contest, exclusive merchandise and themed food and drinks.
Passengers who purchase park tickets will be offered special lodging package at Dollywood properties.
The package will includes up to 25% off rates on Nov. 6 and Nov. 7, a $100 credit for food & beverage or merchandise at the resorts, as well as two Dollywood tickets, complimentary TimeSavers and trolley transportation to the park.
Sounds like loads of fun for some very dedicated fans.
