My 15 hour flight here from Los Angeles was courtesy of a Qantas A380 (thank-you for the business class seat, Qantas) and I arrived to find the Vivid Sydney light and music festival underway.

Here are some snaps of some of the light installations I spotted on my first evening stroll.

  1. Did you see the projections of aboriginal art on one of the sails of the Opera House. It happens just after sunset and again at 9 PM. worth waiting for!

    1. We saw what we thought was a full cycle, but not one that stood out as aboriginal art- will try again tonight. Didn’t realize there was a schedule!
