Denver International Airport’s wild, wooden exhibit

Wood, woodworking and the artististic expressions made with wood are showcased and celebrated at Denver International Airport (DEN) in a new exhibition titled, A Cut Above: Colorado Artists Working in Wood.

On view through August 31, 2026 in Ansbacher Hall on the airport’s A-Bridge, the exhibit features work by contemporary Colorado-based artists who use wood to craft everything from furniture to sculpture, wall-based works and wood-turned objects.
