The Delta Air Lines archive manager posted this cute, classic 1939 ad for holiday travel on the Delta Air Lines blog.

Unfortunately, bad weather means that lots of people who had planned to fly somewhere this holiday are ending up stuck at the airport instead.  But let’s hope the mother and child in the ad got where they were going.
